Description

I haven't really decided what kind of fellow this guy is. Mainly something along the lines of a superhero/supervillian with green electricity being his power. Now that I think about it, he could suit within an idea I used to have but dropped eventually.

But yeah, he's upbeat, excited and kind of reckless, it gets him in trouble with both sides. Good thing he is quick on his feet, literally. With his lighting relfexes he can get out of pretty much any situation and his electrical attacks are not to be taken lightly. He's a force to be reckoned with.

I have no clue why, but he looks like a really fun character. Hmmm...so he's gonna be some sort of vigilante? Either way, I like him and his design! X]
